Cannot respec “Savage Hunters” node which is a prerequisite for “Victory Howl” node even though this node’s prerequisite has been fulfilled by “Call of the Wind” node. https://imgur.com/a/00f5waI

Turns out that “Call of the Wind” prerequirement nodes are not connected to the root node. Not a bug.
