Unable to progress through main story, locked at "The Immortal Empire"

See title, I am on “Use the Time Rift to travel to the Imperial Era” and I logged out prior to using the rift portal and the portal is no longer there. My character is now useless as he is unable to progress through the main story and other content is too difficult to complete.

PLEASE add a reset to quest or an option to “abandon” and restart. My brand new rogue class is now bricked.

Did you try talking to the NPC that gives you the rift in the first place
