Unable to progress in main questline Act VII

What went wrong? I am unable to progress past the quest "Rahyeh’s Warpath "Objective: Find Yulia in Heoborea and speak with her.

I have tried all of the conversation options and no matter what I select the conversation ends with “I will head to the temple” but the objective never gets updated. Act VII bug 2 - Image on Pasteboard

This started when I played with a friend yesterday and we were on different parts of the main quest. I teleported to my friend to join them in Act VII, even though I had only progressed to Act V at the time. We completed some of the questline until we got stuck on this quest objective here. We have tried creating a new game and starting the quest separately but we are both stuck at this point and cannot progress. I did go back and complete the parts of the quest from Act V (where I left off previously) to this same point, but I got stuck on the exact same objective.
Let me know if anyone has any potential solutions because we may just need to make new characters at this point. Thanks

were you able to get a solution to this? i’m having the same problem, looked around and there’s other people with this bug but they seem to get ignored :confused: even on discord

so u need a friend to tp you to lagon isle. then ur quest will be complete.
