Unable to progress Chapter 10 past turtle

While interacting with the turtle to head to the garden I was interrupted bc I needed to download the latest patch. After reloading the game I am unable to advance to the next area. There is no advancing waypoint to the garden as well

exact same issue here. going back to monos until it’s fixed ill live without the attributes i guess
