Game crashes with disconnection around Chapter 6 when starting the quest where Heorot and Rahyeh fight and kills Heorot, i accept the quest and it auto teleports you to the next map but right on that loading screen i got disconnected with error “Lost connection You lost connection to the game server”.
I tried connecting with my other character the falconer and see NO issues, i can log in as usual, so my Runemaster character called Antartiida got stuck and im unable to play him, any way to unstuck or i just lost all my progress on it?
Did you opened a thread or contact support? Any response on it?
So frustrating, they should add an unstuck option on their website to default you back to a town or something
Yes, sadly no one cared on discord and support by email actually told me the following “As it is a bug report, there is currently nothing the support or dev team can offer to solve the issue immediately.”
And haven’t gotten an answer in a week… sigh…
Same here and the support team went silent. I went ahead and created a new character, as I dont think there is any intention fixing this issue on their part.
Thats what i been thinking, but i equipped my runemaster alt with very good gear and i would like to get it back if the character is not coming back to at least use it on another character,
I saw they fixed the same issue but only for new accounts yesterday with the patch, hopefully they can fix this, its been nearly 2 weeks which i feel they dont even care about this error, not a lot of ppl got it i suppose.
