I did unique monolith in Black Sun.
Afterwards the reward was a unique 2H mace, but it had no nameplate to click.
I was curious so I grabbed a Hammer of Lorent out of my stash and dropped it, and it also had no nameplate.
I disabled loot filter, and that did nothing.
