Unable to pick up items & cant use skill

Still having issues with items not being able to picked up. Was just playing and everything was fine. then out of no where items would drop and have no name. With that I also could not pick up the item. change areas did not fix it. Was able to return to charcter screen and reload, and was fine. But bug would return shortly after.

Another bug is that I would be unable to use the Sentinel skill Warpath. When key was pressed, the char would nudge and grunt for 1 sec as if trying to start the skill. But would not do the skill.

Not sure if this will work for you but when I wasn’t able to pick up items out of nowhere I started pressing buttons and when I hit up on the dpad and zoomed in they where able to be picked up. Not sure what button is zoom is on keyboard but zooming in might work for you too.
