After killing some mobs a unique item dropped (see screenshot). The item can’t be picked up and there is no tooltip showing up.

There is an issue with drops like this that the devs know about, but there are also some other causes that could explain it…
Did you press Z by mistake - this hides/shows drops
Do you have a filter enabled - sometimes a misconfigured filter can cause this. Try disabling the filter to see if it make a difference.
If these two ideas dont work, then its likely the bug the devs know about.
