Unable to party / friends dissapearing from friends list after hotfix 1.3.0.1

After the hotfix friends are unable to receive party invites. After attempting too invite them to party they dissapear from friends list

Ditto after tonight’s patch. (Specifically 1.3.0.2)

I just have “no online friends” but we’re on discord and we’re all logged back in after exiting to patch (1.3.0.2)
