Unable to go to quest echo in offline mode

Trying Occupied Heoborea, level 71. Last quest echo an hour ago worked just fine.

The screen just shows the splash screen you get. The little icon on the lower right is spiraling. The quest echo never appears.

I’m able to go to other zones, as well as other monoliths.

The timeline stability did decrease, so the game apparently considered my quest echo failed.

This turns out to be an intermittent bug. After several tries failed (including complete logouts), I tried again later and it worked.

having same issue with majelka streets quest echo. tried everything. lowering graphics, reloading, doing other echos and coming back, waited a few hours, still doesnt work. The thing is im actually loading in but the loading screen is staying up, i can hear my character walking around in the back ground which is quite scary for hardcore.

The same issue with me. The bug appears in all the echo quests. Very annoying. Please fix it. Experienced it in offline mode.

This was happening to me, but after I ran a non-quest echo, it let me then run the quest echo.

The bug is still present. Will there be a fix to it?

This bug seems to only happen if you attempt to enter a quest echo from the main Monolith zone, which will usually only happen if its the first echo you try after entering the game. Doing a normal echo first then the quest will avoid this bug.
