I am unable to start an offline game.
I create a character and select the greyed out (not green) Offline game button. I Select character and click enter game. Then i recieve a logging in splash screen and go back to the menu. I have tried dozens of times to enter offline with no luck. I have not ever been able to start an offline game since buying LE. Online game works fine.
I have no directories in the appdata folder of LE. That directory is empty. Also in the LE game folder under logs i only have bmslog and that is also empty file.
I have verified game. Reinstalled and also tried to turn off and on cloud saves.

EDIT: i solved this issue by deleting the empty LE folder in appdata. The game then filled the directories into appdata upon next launch. However the issue was not fixed.
So i again deleted the char folder only. I went to game and had to start a new character but now I was able to get into game. I was even able to exit and reenter my character offline.
