Unable to create a character

Hello,

I have been unable to create a character since February 24. I’ve followed the instructions in Discord that should be helpful, but nothing is working.

Generally, you should include:
What went wrong?
Log File
Screenshots (via a site like imgur) or video, if applicable

I was advised to delete my existing character. By doing so, a brand new level 1 hardcore character of the same type will be created in its place, and this method proved successful.
