as you see from the images I cannot craft the suffix on the bow even though the shard itself says I should be able to.

i think its somehow connected that bow and quiver are class specific now.
For example bow is rogue bow
And shred affix can be crafted just on bow .I think that the cause of bug.
Some of crafting affixes not work now.
