I am currently on the quest called “The Monolith of Fate”, on the objective “Speak with Agony in the End of Time.” I am speaking with Agony, but nothing is happening. The quest does not complete.
I have the exact same issue, reloging or changing zones back and forth does not fix this issue.
EDIT: The quest seems to progress if you just go to the actual Monolith in the next zone.
