I am unable to progress the Isle of Storms quest line due to a missing moon fragment.
The last items in the quest log says (see attached screenshot):
Return the moon fragment to the east altar in the Moonlit Shrine.
Return the moon fragment to the east altar in the Moonlit Shrine.
Return the moon fragment to the west altar in the Moonlit Shrine.
The east altar has been completed twice, and I am not able to complete the west altar.
Not sure what has happened, but I think I completed one or more of the End of Time nodes related to the Isle of Storms between the campaign progress. Could this have affected the quest line moon fragments?
