Just upgraded the corruption level in “Ending the Storm” to 262 and now I can’t open the Lagon fight even with 1139 Stability. The “Enter this echo” button in the screenshot does nothing

I have the same problem for The Rotting Hoard/Reign of Dragons Monolith boss. At 1227, button shows to enter but clicking it does nothing. Restarted my game, did a dungeon, killed Orobyss, still can’t enter the boss fight.
Edit: After completing the 2 optional quests preceeding the main fight I was able to enter the boss echo. It seems the update broke the “Optional” part of the empowered quests when they " Fixed a bug where you could enter a Quest Echo regardless of Stability or Quest completion state"

I’m also running to the same issue with all empowered monoliths and the boss echos. Even well beyond the required stability needed for the boss fight. This happened after updating to patch 1.0.3.2.

It was suggested in discord to restart steam and verify integrity. I’m just updating here to keep this condensed for the devs.

Client is 1.0.3.2.
Still unable to open any of the empowered boss echos.
If you complete the optional quests it will load.
Same here with Reign of Dragons. Terrible bug.
Yep, doing the optional quests worked for me too on Blood, Frost, and Death this time.
it works, but I don’t want to do the optional quests each time. Such a time sink, gonna wait for fix.
I have the same issue. Can’t start boss fights in empowered monoliths without without doing the optional quest echoes.
Same issue here , tested all Monoliths you cant directly start the boss fights.
You must complete the 2 “quest” before it every time you wanna do the boss fight. Very annoying
Same issue here in every timeline I’ve tried. 
Steam restart does nothing. Client is up to date. Stability is definitely above where it needs to be.
