This is kind of a mish mash of 2 builds I’m trying out on my rogue. I found a Bastion of Hounour with +1 Legendary. Wanted to do a shuriken build a while back but could never get the Bastion of Honour to drop.

Wanted to try the new skill on my 100 rogue. Any suggestions you guys have would be appreciated. First time trying to make my own build.
