Shock reduses lightning resistance and encreases the chance that the target will be stunned. - This effects now depended on frostbite insted?
English is not my native language, it is difficult to understand what effects we are talking about and which effects are converted into which.
If there were a skill node that said “Umbral Blades does more damage against shocked enemies” then that node would give its damage bonus against mobs that have stacks of Frostbite.
