Because the text issue you’re seeing doesn’t happen for most people, I would suspect it’s either caused by an error in a file, or because of a local configuration (system locale/language). If you’re on Steam try repairing the game. If that doesn’t work, post your log file and let me know what language setting you use.
I tried repairing the game and it didn’t work. My system language is Turkish. I would also like to point out that if Turkish language is added to the game, it would be really good. I think it will attract the attention of Turkish players.
