I’d like if we had the ability to quickly move an item from inventory to stash or stash to inventory with one click like what they have in D2R. That’s probably my favorite addition they made to that game.
Second, it’d be really nice if Rune of Shattering wasn’t in limited supply. I’m at the point where I’m wanting more than 2 to 4 each time I come back to the vendor and it’s kinda janky to have to leave and come back to town for them.
It’s a not so nice experience in most Hack and Slash games but LE did an expert job on “How not to do it!” from my point of view. It’s a mess. If the windows were at least always the same size so you could click away without the need of clicking through offtopic stuff because you clicked the wrong dialogue things would’ve been better… at least for me. If there was a “Skip all!” option I would use it instantly.
The thing that annoys me the most is that the option to end the text and accept/whatever isn’t always in the same place. It would be nice if that was always the top option.
Maybe it falls in this category too and it has been discussed previously plenty of times before.
For the love of god, make clicking on shards and items on the ground more accurate or make the “hitbox(?)” for items larger/bigger. How may times when I was running around and clicked a shard far from my character, just for my character to walk on top of it and not pick the damn shard up.
Make item “name plates(?)” appear exactly and literally where the items are on the ground. I tried to walk over health potion somewhere south of my character just for the damn potion not even to be there in reality but somewhere up north. I died. Or I clicked on a potion because my HP was really low, where it’s VISUALLY OUTSIDE the AoE attack of an enemy I’m fighting just for my character to pick it up and not realizing the potion was REALLY INSIDE and walked back to the AoE. I died.
In a game where misclicks can cost your run, your effort, and your life that also constantly tricks your eyes. As for #2, I’m probably the only one bothered by it. Don’t think I’ve seen anyone had issue with it so yeah, just a bit of a rant.
#2 is an interesting one. On the one hand one would want the nameplates to not overlap each other (still a bit of an issue sometimes) so you can see what’s on the ground & click on them. But if you do that then when there’s a lot on the ground then the nameplates have to be spread over the screen compared to where the items are on the ground.
It’d be nice if the nameplates could automatically redistribute themselves as items get picked up rather than manually having to toggle them of/on again, but that can also be frustrating at times as well.
That’s what I ment ^^. On top of it the short version always as the answer on top and the long blabla with fluff for all story fans as a second option. Like:
Shut up and give me the quest! (pay least, get most)
This will always be an issue when there are lootsplosions. One just has to look at PoE and the way many labels end up offscreen when there’s too many items. The main issue is that loot on the ground occupies less screen space than the labels will.
At least items will redistribute themselves when you hit the “X” key. But the only real “solution” would be to not have lootsplosions.
Not the only one. I’ve commented a number of times on the fact that there has always been something slightly wonky with the way items lay out on the ground and how the click/pick up sometimes goes in the completely different direction of where the item is resting.
I can’t count how many times I’ve clicked on an item on the left side of the screen, only to have my character start walking to the right, and I think it’s a miscue so I click back to the left to get it to stop.
@Chris1885, is the Shift right-click what you’re looking for? That’s the only quick move option we have at this time, and it sounds like what you are asking for.
