Just picked up the Frozen Ire unique and it took me a good few minutes to convince myself that the nova was actually proccing. It does too little damage in too small an area with almost no visual effect for the low proc chance it has.
I think a better visual indicator for how big it is / when it’s proccing would be nice, as well as potentially raising the chance to 25% or making it larger.
