Tsunami's "Typhoon" node in Maelstrom is not working with Scorpion's "Frozen Wind"

The node in maelstrom that is suppose to give tsunami more damage and area per stack is not working when cast by your scorpion. You can see in this clip that tsunami is doing 3,825 damage to the dummy regardless if “Typhoon” is allocated or not.
