Hey guys, im currently trying to make my void knight have all legendary items (warpath build). Im farming Rahyeh the black sun empowered atm and i was trying to make sense of whether or not the Eternal Eclipse Sword can drop with legendary potential or not.
Also these stats are included under the item’s description and if someone could explain it to me I’d be very grateful.
Effective Level for Legendary Potential: 90
The Effective Level goes from 0 to 115 currently. 3 Items have 200.
200 means it can’t drop with LP.
The higher the number is, the harder it is to get a unique wth LP.
Wing of Argentus and Ravenous Void are the rarest uniques (115 LPL) to get with LP.
When there is no number at Reroll Chance it means its a Boss or Quest drop only.
So comparing Legendary Potential Level & Reroll Chance is important to get a feeling of how rare an item is.

I just received an answer from Dammitt and he explained that him and Tunk use different numbers to showcase because its not tied to a formula.
