Trying to interact with the "Timeglass Core" does nothing

When trying to complete the new quest “fractured omens” interacting with the Timeless Core and the end of a omen chain does not do anything on any option. It will say “new echo added” but nothing will happen. No fragments are spent and no echos are added. The quest does not progress past “Use the Timeglass Core”.

Update: Only happends when in CO-OP. Was able to complete when solo

No, I’m solo and I can’t finish it either. It does nothing…

Still having this issue as of 4/7. Including the Woven echo with the three timeglass cores.
The quest is complete now but when in CO-OP timeglass cores will not do anything when activated.
