Trying to figure out ignite build, having trouble in empowered monoliths

I was using firestarter for a while, but switched to another wand to get dps up. It has helped me in empowered monoliths, but i still find them pretty dicey when the modifiers start stacking up.

I put my character in the build planner here: Sorcerer, Level 100 (LE Beta 0.9.0d) - Last Epoch Build Planner. I realize my HP pool could be better, i definitely need more mana to generate more ward, but i feel like killing stuff in empowered monos is already slower than it should be, meaning im also getting attacked more.
