I set my LMB to be Move or Attack w/ my Curse spell as an Acolyte. It worked really well until I had to open a treasure chest, which it would not do. Instead it just cast Curse over it. I tried several times to no avail and had to abandon my LMB-Curse association.
This might work with a non target-driven spell, I’m not sure, but regardless opening a chest should override any LMB-skill shortcut that has been set. Except, perhaps, if you’re holding shift since that shouldn’t move you.
