I have this node maxed at +60%, and if I set a mage to the dummy and use Transplant, the damage does not change. Seems to be completely broken.
Did you try Transplanting then summoning the minion? Normally the minion’s stats are set when they’re summoned though that node sounds like it should be a temporary buff for existing minions.
It’s definitely intended to be a temporary buff, as the node says that it lasts 4 seconds, so there’s no reason to think it should snapshot like when you spend skill points (which requires resummoning, as you implied). I checked to see by summoning during the 4 seconds after transplanting, but yeah, it still does nothing.
