If I have the Transplant node that casts Rip Blood and I have the Rip Blood node that makes it only target minions does my Transplant proc only target minions?
If you transplant to a location close enough to your minions for it to auto target them, otherwise it’ll cast on mobs instead. Rip Blood has a distance within which it will cast on a target rather than the location of your cursor. If there are no minions within that distance but there is a mob, it’ll target the mob.
