Transplant: Bone Armor Not Refreshing on Recast

Summary The Bone Armor modification on Transplant only activates if the buff is not currently active. (I assume it is meant to refresh the buff.)
Reproducible: Yes
Reproduction:

  1. Spec provided here: TransplantStuck01
  2. Activate Transplant (left-click)
  3. Reactivate Transplant (left-click) on cooldown while monitoring buff duration icon.

If you check Bone Armor it says it has a cooldown of 10 seconds and at default it last 4 seconds and with the Apostasy point it last 7 seconds so it will always have some downtime where you cant have bone armor up
