Let us Turn Items into Skins 
maybe for some EP(10-20EP) cost cause that would devalue skins… this makes ppl look good and devs get some money without a constant flow of new skins
U use a Fancy Twig was weapon? but find that super cool staff with skulls? u just disassemble the item and get the skin to use and the devs get some money for that
