Hi.
I don’t see the point in having a “transfer materials” button in the inventory. Why can’t materials go to my crafting inventory automatically? Why require an extra manual step?
Hi.
I don’t see the point in having a “transfer materials” button in the inventory. Why can’t materials go to my crafting inventory automatically? Why require an extra manual step?
I was wondering about that, too.
Maybe an artifact from a different design idea that didn’t make it into the game?
Must be, I guess. It seems so out of place where everything else seems to have a clear purpose.
The same reason crafting material aren’t auto-looted.
Devs wants us to actively engage with them, otherwise they could just very well be removed and replaced by gold or something.
I don’t agree with this. Why not handle gold the same way then? Gold goes to inventory first and then you click the “transfer gold” button to transfer it to your “gold inventory”.
Because they DON’T want crafting material to feel the same as gold.
I’m not saying I agree or disagree with this. Just giving you what devs said several times, and stated they have no intents on changing that.
Besides, clicking one button to hoover up all my crafting materials and then never worrying about those crafting materials again isn’t what I would call engaging.
Ah ok, it doesn’t make sense to me at all, but I guess I’ll agree to disagree with the dev intentions then.
It’s literally the same BS reason Blizzard gave for doing the same thing in Diablo, until they caved and made a separate stash and implemented autoloot for the pets.
It just made me feel less annoyed for not having to do repeated and useless things, I don’t feel any less engaged with the game.
