Is there any way to make the training dummy an enemy such that things like Devouring Orb’s Abyssal Orbs will attack the dummy?
As far as I know this is not possible.
Only thing i can imagine is to make it possible for the orbs to count as minions so you can use the ‘‘force minion to attack’’ key. But for balancing of course not giving them the minion tag to prevent dmg bonuses. Basically a hidden tag only for testing dps. We will all be so happy if there is a good dps tooltip i guess, even though testing your dmg yourself at a dummy makes it easier to see how much dmg you do over a period of time
Or just make the dummy hostile after it takes a hit…
denititly smarter and more realistic yea, i just don’t know what’s easier to implement for the devs
I’d think that making the training dummy hostile would probably have less potential for “unintended consequences” than giving Devouring Orb a tag that only applies if I’m attacking the training dummy…
But I’m not a programmer, so what do I know!
