So I logged into legacy, went into Maj’elka Upper District and talked to Zerrick, but he didn’t say anything about factions. So how do I join a faction now?

He just talks to me about the Grand Theft Eagle quest on both my Runemaster (actually on the quest) and my necro (she beat Majasa). I talked to everyone else I could on the Runemaster, but no one had anything to say about the factions. This was offline, btw.
Just go NW to the Bazaar and you will find another Zerrick, after that you will be able to teleport to the Observatory.
The problem is that I cannot see or activate any prophecy through the telescopes.

Thank you kindly. Found him. 
As for the telescopes, the first time I went there, they were blank and not showing anything. When I went back on the other character, they loaded correctly. I’m not sure what the problem is there.
So we cant edit the price of an item we have listed?
