TP in Thetima Inaccessible

I created a TP to Thetima but it spawns behind a tent and cannot be used.

Same. Directly west of the Thetima waypoint.

Same problem.
Teleported to Thetima from the Moonlit Shrine on the Isle of Storms twice, both portals ended up in inaccessible locations. One in a merchant stall and the other one in a building.
