I ported out of an Echo and back to the End of Time. There, near the passive respec vendor, was another Town Portal. When I used it, I ported back into an Echo with no mobs, no mission objectives, and a non-functional Town Portal when I tried to use it to exit. I had to exit to main menu to clear the bug.
Yay me for finding crazy nonsense. XD
