After finishing an arena echo, I opened a town portal and went back to the End of Time. Upon returning via the town portal, I ended up back in the arena echo in a “stuck” state rather than the “Echo of a World” post-echo area. Attempting to open another echo doesn’t allow me to return to the “Echo of a World” area either. I also cannot go through town portals or use the map to quick travel anymore.
To add on to this. I experienced the same or similar issue. I finished an empowered echo, used my portal to leave the echo. It returned me to the staging area like normal. At this point I used another portal to go to the end of time. This also worked, when I finished at the end of time I used the portal created to go back to the staging area. At this point it placed me back in the finished echo inside of a rock where I couldn’t move or do anything aside from logging out
