Total blocage when out of monolith run

I have a prophecy (CoF) that doesn’t work anymore (weavers items after architect defeat, on the way to lagoon). Then I come back straight at monolith black sun, have a run. At the exit of the run I’m completly stuck (see image - no command working except chatting) and have to kill/restart the game. completly reproducable, had it 3 times already.

Note that the prophecy did work 4 times but now doesn’t drop a single weavers items even though it says the prophecy advanced and count number increase.

it seems like the reward for those blacksun runs was always exp bonuses.
lvl 98 atm.

Not dependant on reward type. Just had the bug occuring going out of a beacon in blacksun monolith.
Plus images of the bugged prophecy.
