For those without quick access to a translator or don’t understand any Chinese, I’ll post a quick translation. I imagine it won’t be perfect, and I have no clue what the rules are for non-English discussions.
I am a Chinese player and I saw this game through the bilibili video website
Personally played Diablo 123 Path of Exile to destroy the lord
I think the idea of this game is very good
But I always feel that Diablo 4 Exile 2 is less interesting than the masterpiece
I think the hard work the developers put in must make a name for themselves in this dark game
First of all, the UI feels like a small game without the sensory UI of a masterpiece. The UI is very important for the player’s real-time interaction with the player’s visual experience. There are also some games with a good UI that players spray.
Also, the depth of BD is not enough, the linear skill talent is not diversified enough, it is too simple
There is also no change in the appearance of the equipment worn on the body. Whether the appearance is good or not depends on the success or failure of a game.
In addition, when the boss is fighting, the perspective should be automatically zoomed out so that the boss can be completely exposed on the screen, giving people a very grand scene.
Now my feedback;
I’m glad LE is able to expand outward to other languages and grab the attention of players internationally. More players = higher success, so that’s always great to hear.
I’m sure it’s a translation issue, but I’m not sure what “masterpiece” means in certain places. I’m assuming you’re not a huge fan of the UI in certain regards, which is fair enough. Pretty sure EHG has tried dabbling with different UI skins over the years, and would always be welcome for new ideas. I will just say though, saying you just don’t like the UI or that the UI is important to grab the player’s attention isn’t really feedback, and EHG can’t do anything with that information beyond a bland “okay”.
Could also be a translation issue, but I’m going to assume you mean BD = LE? Maybe? I’m curious how far in you’ve gotten, since the skill talent trees are actually quite diverse, allowing for a mid-range of customization ranging between Diablo 3’s system and Path of Exile’s. You have your passive trees, and then you have your skill trees, allowing you to alter how each ability works in multiple different ways. Any ideas on how to actually expand these trees? Again, just saying “not diversified enough” doesn’t really count as feedback & suggestions.
The changing appearance has been a known issue for awhile, and each update brings new item skins and uniques, but it’s not perfect yet. I’m with you, I have an issue getting into a game, especially an aRPG, if I can’t make my character look like a badass by the end of my leveling. I’m sure they’re working on improving this with each new update release.
The scaling/zooming out of the camera for bosses isn’t a terrible idea, but it’s more so just a subjective thing. It heavily depends on the design principles they’re going for, and what sort of game they’re making. I haven’t really had any issues with the camera being too close to the character in fights, but again, subjective.
