The target health bar at the top of the screen persists, even after the cursor is moved away from a target. Also, friendly minions and players move under the cursor and become the target instead of the actual enemy, which interrupts the ability to attack.
Suggestions:
- Hide the top target bar almost instantly when there is no target under the cursor.
And - Reserve the top target bar for enemies only.
Or - Add an option for the top target bar to be restricted to enemy units only, or work for both enemy and friendly units.
