My understanding is that increased cast speed is not supposed to impact the damage of most channeled skills. However, taking off an item with just cast speed on it impacts tooltip DPS for lightning blast with insidious conduction (ex: Isadora’s Tomb, but also other items). Not sure if this is a bug or if cast speed is actually supposed to impact channeled damage - please let me know which it is!
Cast speed passives impact it too.
