Tooltip doesn't work

Mh not much to say,i binded my tooltip key to alt left and yesterday started to not work anymore.I’ve tried to change key(put on space bar) doesn’t work,and now if i try to change kety again i can’t,left stuck on space bar command.

Have you tried hitting the “Restore Defaults” option?
