When I have a loot filter active, and accidentally turn tooltips off (like if I fatfinger the key) and back on, and then try to hold x to view things hidden by my loot filter, all tooltips except for unique and set items disappear, and the unique and set items just have an empty box where the name should be, while clicking them does nothing. In order to fix this, you have to turn off your loot filter, turn tooltips off and back on, and then turn your loot filter back on. I asked another person in chat to try and recreate this, and it happened to them too.
