Tool-tip of Equipped Blessing not disappearing

Yesterday I finished the level 62 Monolith for the second time with my character. After replacing the blessing, the tool-tip that showed the previously equipped blessing did not disappear. I do not know how I did that.

It will always follow the equipment comparison tool-tips, it will just be put to the right of them and then stay at this position:

I play on Linux, if that matters.

Yes, this is a known bug.

Blessing description UI element for old blessing doesn't disappear when I leave map

It’s a fairly minor bug as I can just leave the game and come back to fix it. After redoing a timeline and replacing my blessing the description of my old blessing persisted on screen. Open and closing parts of the UI such as my map or inventory didn’t seem to fix the bug. The specific blessing I replaced was increased rune drops and the blessing I replaced it with was increased unique drops. I will reply if I experience the bug again. I had the same issue yesterday and what solved it was to open the window again and to use alt or control alt to view the details of the blessing.

I guess this is also the cause of the issue as I reviewed the stats range of the blessing when I had the option to change my blessing.
