I’d wait until respeccing doesn’t require EXP to re-level up the new skill. It helps there.

You can use them to relevel your skills almost in an instant.
I could definitely see them getting less common, not sure if devs could easily implement that, but i would definitely want them to stay.

Although I don’t always use them, I do like them as I still need to get to level 100 eventually and as has already been mentioned by @Heavy they are great for leveling skills after respeccing.
