I believe this has been posted on the Reddit but wanted to make sure it was posted here as well.
If you have a +# to skill on your gear, there is a visual bug that messes with the skill page ui. Any skill points over 20 can disappear and show the skill as level 20. As far as I can tell, this is only a visual bug because I have been able to allocate skill points without the unallocated skill points message being shown. This is happening on both my necromancies and marksman. Not sure about other classes.
