When handing in the To Shell With It quest at Trade Prince Melvern, the Traveler’s answers make no sense for this quest. They are from other parts of the game, like Balthas’ last note in Last Refuge. This happens during each playthrough.

I reported it ingame in 0.9 already.
Apparently it is still there. 
And yes, it happens every time.
I guess not too many people, be they players or devs, give a hoot about quests texts.
Honestly, I think many players don’t even read the quest texts.
