Last part of the quest “Enter the Keeper’s Camp” does not complete no matter how many times and ways I enter the Keeper’s Camp.
I have progressed to chapter 3 and this quest is still waiting for completion.

I’m also unable to finish the quest. Keeper Leena is still stuck saying what she said before I went and fought the dude and saved the old man. I’m not sure how to progress at all. How did you get to chapter 3?
I was able to resolve it by just climbing up to the keep and defeating the boss again. When I TPd to town to sell stuff, Leena was ready to talk and the old man was there ready to move forward as well.
I have tried going back and killing the boss multiple times, then I talk to the npc in the cage but he never follows me back to town and going to town without him does nothing. I am almost lvl 40 and I still can’t move past this specific quest.

I have portaled to the new character spawn area and walked the quest. Cannot complete “Enter the keepers camp” no matter what.
I’m lvl 68 and have finished all other quests in the game.
