Time Shift Ability in Temporal Sanctum

After I defeat Julra at level III my ability to shift timelines in the dungeon disappears. The icon is no longer there and pressing D does nothing. As a consequence, I can’t use the Eternity Cache or leave the dungeon properly. This is the second time it happened to me and I think it is also the reason I can’t seem to unlock level IV of the Temporal Sanctum.

Temporal Sanctum key usage leads to a broken dungeon state

Some steps may be too specific, but I’ll still list them. Playing in an offline mode with legacy character. Teleport to Temporal Sanctum dungeon, enter level 4 with a key AND a portal charm. Use the portal to a boss, start a fight. When you die you will be given a choice, select 'Respawn" and use a dungeon key. Julra is now at full health, start a fight again. When a one-shot ability is telegraphed use dungeon ability to switch eras. Julra either has only one breakpoint left on a health bar or…

It’s impossible to defend this game anymore, this is ridiculous, this should have been an instant hotfix but nah it still exists and i’ve wasted 8 keys in a row.
