I don’t have any other Time Rot chance source.
Tested with Rive and normal attack and did not apply Time Rot at all.
Time Legion only has a 20% chance to apply Time Rot per hit at max points. How many hits did you do to test it?
I tested it again just now and still didn’t get any Time Rot stack (on training dummy)
tested with 200+ melee attacks with 5 points in Time Legion (10% chance)
