Time rift "wormhole" is too long

Entering a time rift triggers the “wormhole” screen where I’m assuming tells us we’re traveling through time. I find that animation a tad bit too long. Once or twice I’m fine, but so far I’ve found enough time rifts that it gets annoying to wait, especially when there’s a loading screen right after. My suggestion is either cut down the time by a quarter to a half, or find a way to animate the loading screen and have the loading screen show us that particular animation. It’s not a gamebreaker, but one of those things that gets annoying.

You know, I’m so glad you brought this up.

Be thankful because about 5 months ago it was so bright it would roast your retinas.
I still close my eyes during that sequence.

But here is a question I’d like to ask the devs since you brought this subject up.

  1. is the wormhole effect just a cut scene or is it a load screen? If its just a cut scene please let us skip it.

pretty sure it’s a cutscene, as the loading takes place after.
you can also still hear the NPCs attacking you, even though you’re immune, while it plays. So it should be able to skip it.

I would also love this option, to toggle it to now show. it’s a very small thing, but i’ve seen the wormholes by now.
